This project focuses on the rehabilitation and reconstruction of key road networks within the SITE Industrial Estate, Karachi — one of Pakistan’s largest industrial zones. Through advanced engineering and quality materials, ZFI aims to improve mobility, enhance drainage, and ensure long-lasting road durability to support industrial operations and economic growth.

This project involves the construction and rehabilitation of major storm water drainage systems under Phase-1, aimed at improving Karachi’s urban flood resilience. ZFI is executing this initiative with precision engineering and modern drainage solutions to ensure efficient water flow, reduced flooding risks, and long-term urban sustainability.

This project focuses on conducting a comprehensive GIS-based door-to-door survey of urban immovable properties across Karachi under the World Bank–funded CLICK initiative. Through advanced geospatial mapping and digital data collection, ZFI is supporting the Government of Sindh in enhancing property tax management, urban planning, and governance transparency.

This project involves the timely supply and distribution of high-quality tents and blankets to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Government of Sindh. Through this initiative, ZFI supported emergency response and relief operations, ensuring comfort and protection for affected communities during disaster and crisis situations.

This project focuses on executing patch work and allied road maintenance activities across District Korangi under the Local Government initiative. ZFI ensured smooth traffic flow, improved road safety, and enhanced urban accessibility through efficient repair, resurfacing, and infrastructure restoration works.

This project involves the provision and laying of paver blocks and cement concrete flooring works across various locations in District Malir under the Public Health Engineering Department. ZFI delivered durable and aesthetically enhanced surface solutions aimed at improving public infrastructure, sanitation, and community accessibility.
